CounterCraft’s marketing team is in Spain. They first asked us for giveaways for a single trade fair in Singapore. Partway through quoting, they changed plan: instead of ordering for one fair, they’d keep a stock of a few different items in Singapore.

The brief
The new plan was a few different items to keep in Singapore, delivered by 7 or 8 October.
What we did
We re-quoted the new mix at two quantity levels within a day, and CounterCraft placed the order 44 minutes after it landed. Once they’d approved the artwork, all four items were made and delivered in 8 days.
