Our Services

We source, customise, pack, and deliver branded merchandise for corporate clients, including event swag, client gifts, employee welcome kits, and general promotional products. Services include local warehousing and on-demand dispatch across Singapore and APAC.

Quotes and Orders

• Quotes are provided free of charge, typically within 24 hours of enquiry.
• Our standard minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per item. Smaller quantities may be accommodated at a higher per-unit price.
• An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and, where applicable, provide payment or agreed payment terms.
• Pricing depends on the products selected, quantity, customisation requirements, and delivery details. The more you order, the lower the unit price.

Design, Artwork, and Proofs

• You may provide your own logo or design files in SVG, EPS, AI, or PDF format. If you only have a PNG or JPG, our team will work with what you provide.
• You will receive a digital proof for every branded item before anything is printed or packed. Production does not begin until you approve the proof.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or content you provide does not infringe on the intellectual property or rights of any third party.
• You retain ownership of your logo, brand assets, and any custom designs you provide. We do not use your branding for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order, unless you separately agree otherwise (for example, for a case study or testimonial).

Production and Delivery Timelines

• We recommend reaching out at least 2 to 3 weeks before your event or delivery date. For larger or fully custom orders, 4 weeks gives the most flexibility.
• Once an order is confirmed, production typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, followed by delivery arranged around your required date.
• We deliver to event venues, convention centres, hotels, exhibition booths, offices, and individual addresses across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Australia.
• Timelines are estimates. While we work to meet every deadline, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including supplier availability, customs processes in destination countries, and courier disruptions. We will tell you honestly if a timeline is at risk.

Changes and Cancellations

• Changes to your order are free of charge up until you approve the final mock-up or proof.
• Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may incur costs, reflecting materials, labour, or production already committed.

Warehousing and Storage

We offer storage of your branded inventory in our Singapore warehouse with on-demand dispatch, for companies that order in bulk and need ongoing fulfilment. There is no minimum quantity required to use this service. Once inventory is stored with us, you may request dispatch to any address across Singapore or APAC by providing recipient details.

Payment

• We accept bank transfer, major credit cards, and PayNow, among other methods.
• Payment terms for larger orders can be discussed directly with our team.
• Full payment or an agreed deposit, depending on order size, is generally required before production begins.

Returns, Refunds, and Quality Issues

Because most of our products are custom-branded to your specifications, standard "change of mind" returns do not apply once production has been approved and completed. For details on defective items, quality issues, and what is eligible for a remedy, see our Refund and Returns Policy.

You agree to use woocommerce-1668588-6657881.cloudwaysapps.com only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access it through unauthorised means, or use content from the site (including product photography, descriptions, or branding) without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rocketswag is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including delays caused by third parties such as couriers, customs authorities, or suppliers. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
