What Information We Collect

• Payment information: processed through WooCommerce Payments and other supported payment methods (bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayNow). We do not store your full card details on our servers — payment processing is handled by our payment providers, who have their own security and privacy practices.
• Account information: if you create an account with us, we store your name, email, and order history so you can view past orders and manage addresses.
• Uploaded files: logos or design files you send us for branding purposes (SVG, EPS, AI, PDF, PNG, or JPG).

Information collected automatically

• Analytics data: we use Google Analytics and Google Site Kit to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, time on site, general location, device type).
• Advertising and remarketing data: we use Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to past visitors on other sites.
