Kpler’s marketing team in the UK got in touch at the end of August. They had a stand at an exhibition in Singapore and wanted 200 giveaways, tote bags and one other item, delivered in the first week of September.

The brief
With about a week until delivery, anything with a long lead time was out. Kpler’s Singapore colleagues were also away at another event on delivery day, so there was no one in the office to take the boxes. Everything had to go straight to the stand.
What we did
About half an hour after our first reply, Kpler had a quote listing only items we could make and brand in time. They picked tote bags and fans the same evening. On delivery day, we took both boxes straight to the stand. We’ve delivered to this venue many times, so we knew the way in.
How it went
Both boxes reached the stand on 7 September, and we sent Kpler a photo to confirm.
