A UK agency working for PepsiCo needed 60 branded handheld fans in Singapore, delivered by 5 October to a PepsiCo guest staying at a hotel in the city. The guest’s name wouldn’t be confirmed until a few days before.

The brief
The agency asked for the fans’ full specs, including battery, size and print area. The fans then had to reach the guest by 5 October.
What we did
The fans were ready three days before the deadline. On delivery day, the hotel’s front desk couldn’t match the parcel to a guest. We let the agency know straight away, and about ten minutes later we’d left the parcel with the hotel’s lobby team, sent the agency a photo and asked for the guest to collect it from the concierge.
How it went
The hotel let the guest know the parcel was waiting that same afternoon, right on the deadline.
