Secure Code Warrior's events team in the US had a booth at the FS-ISAC APAC Summit in Singapore. They ordered 12 minutes after our quote, and we delivered 17 days after our first reply.

The brief

The team had two sticker designs ready and asked us to quote caps and phone grips too. The hard part was time: we committed to delivering everything by 12 July, two days before the summit opened.

What we did

  • Got the order moving in one evening. Our first reply asked for their artwork straight away, since a tight timeline leaves no room for back-and-forth. The quote for all three items went out within the hour, and they ordered 12 minutes later.
  • Sent the revised mock-ups a day early. We’d promised them for the Monday and sent them on the Sunday instead. Three hours later, the team approved the logo and placement and sent their colour codes.

How it went

Both boxes were delivered on Sunday 12 July, the date we’d committed to, two days before the summit opened.
