Aaseya needed 100 branded cups and 100 tote bags at Marina Bay Sands for PEGA Innovate Singapore, with less than three weeks to go. They arrived the day before.

The brief

Aaseya asked about laser engraving the cups. By the time the order was confirmed, though, the event was less than three weeks away, and engraving these cups takes 22 to 24 business days. Everything also had to reach the venue on 24 August, and not before.

What we did

We recommended full-colour UV stickers on the cups instead of engraving. They fitted the timeline and kept the logo in full colour, and Aaseya agreed.

How it went

We delivered to the venue on the morning of 24 August, inside the 9 to 11am window we’d given Aaseya, and sent them a photo once the venue had it. That was the day before the event.
