Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) 2027 runs from 26 to 28 May. The exhibition, ATxEnterprise, is at Singapore EXPO and organised by Informa, while IMDA hosts the ATxSummit at Capella Singapore. The 2026 exhibition had more than 700 exhibitors across 35 pavilions and over 22,000 attendees, so there are a lot of stands competing for the same people. This is when to order your swag, what works with a tech, telco and media crowd and how to get it all to your stand.
Last checked: 24 October 2026.
- ATxEnterprise 2027 is on Wednesday 26 to Friday 28 May at Singapore EXPO.
- Brief custom items by Wednesday 14 April and standard swag by Wednesday 5 May.
- Two public holidays fall in the last fortnight, Hari Raya Haji on 17 May and Vesak Day on 20 May, so late orders have fewer working days than usual.
- In 2026 the organiser said it wouldn’t sign for exhibitors’ deliveries, so plan to have someone there to receive them.

What swag works at ATxSG
ATxSG brings together the people who buy and build technology: enterprise IT teams, telcos, broadcasters, satellite operators, AI and cloud companies, startups and government. More than half of the 2026 exhibitors and speakers came from overseas, so swag that’s small and light enough for a carry-on gets taken home. The things that get kept are useful at the show and back at work:
- Charging cables and travel adapters, SGD 7 to 29. Phones run low on a long show day, and a good multi-cable keeps getting used on the trip home.
- Power banks, SGD 16 to 37. A step up for the people you have real conversations with, rather than a handout for everyone.
- Tote bags, SGD 4 to 27. Visitors leave with brochures and samples from dozens of stands, so a sturdy tote becomes their bag for the day. Our guide to canvas vs non-woven tote bags helps you pick one.
- Notebooks, SGD 6 to 17, with a pen. A quarter of people rate notebooks and planners the most valuable event swag, ahead of tech items.
- Water bottles, SGD 9 to 19, and tumblers, SGD 11 to 20. Three days of walking big halls makes a bottle useful straight away, and it keeps your logo on a desk long after.
- Laptop stickers, from SGD 1.82. Cheap enough to give everyone, and a good design ends up on a developer’s laptop lid.
For quantities, order a little above your expected booth traffic for volume items, and base premium items on the number of serious buyers you expect to meet. Our guide to trade show gifts and conference giveaways has more on budgets. For a sense of what’s possible on a short timeline, Litera’s UK team got 600 tote bags, pens and phone wallets for its TechLaw.Fest booth in 15 days.
Getting swag to your booth at Singapore EXPO
Singapore EXPO is built for freight. Halls 1 to 10 are all at ground level with large freight doors, so goods can go straight in. ATxSG has its own rules on top, and a few of them catch exhibitors out:
- Time deliveries for move-in. Your exhibitor manual says when goods can arrive, so don’t courier boxes to the venue before then.
- Be there to sign. In 2026, Informa said it wouldn’t sign for exhibitors’ goods, so plan for someone from your team or your forwarder to be there for each delivery.
- Know the forwarder’s charges. The 2026 exhibitor kit included a freight tariff from Rogers Expo Services, and Informa also listed DSV and Kuehne + Nagel as recommended freight handlers. Rogers charged SGD 95 per cubic metre to take goods from the venue’s arrival point to your stand, with a SGD 280 minimum and a SGD 100 service charge. Courier boxes it handled cost SGD 0.90 a kilo, with a SGD 350 minimum, plus a SGD 35 fuel surcharge, a SGD 100 service charge and SGD 150 for the import permit. That’s over SGD 600 for a couple of cartons before you’ve paid for what’s inside.
- Arrive early if you ship through them. Rogers wanted courier shipments in Singapore five to six days before the show, airfreight seven to eight days and sea freight (LCL) 10 to 12 days, and added 50% for anything late.
- Label every carton with ATxSG 2027, your company name, your hall and booth number, and box X of Y. Shipments through Rogers also need its own case markings.
- Plan for leftovers. There’s no storage on your stand, and in 2026 empty cases left on the floor at the close were taken away for disposal at SGD 50 per cubic metre, with a SGD 450 minimum.
If we’re making your swag, we deliver it to your booth during move-in, or to your forwarder if the show requires one, so all you need is someone there to sign. And with our On-Time Guarantee, your order is free if we’re late.
Shipping swag in from overseas?
Allow 5 to 10 business days in transit, plus customs clearance. Singapore charges 9% GST on the goods plus shipping and insurance, business shipments over SGD 400 need a customs permit, and free giveaways aren’t exempt. Our guides to Singapore customs rules and getting event swag to Singapore from overseas cover the details.
