Exhibiting at FHA 2027: Swag and Delivery Guide

FHA: Food & Hospitality Asia 2027 runs from 20 to 23 April at Singapore EXPO. The 2026 edition filled all ten halls, with more than 2,750 exhibitors and about 70,000 trade attendees from around 110 countries and regions, so buyers walking past your stand have plenty of other places to stop. This is when to order your swag, what works with a food and hospitality crowd and how to get it all to your booth.

Last checked: 23 October 2026.

  • FHA 2027 is on 20 to 23 April at Singapore EXPO. In 2026, move-in was the day before the show opened.
  • Brief standard swag by Tuesday 30 March. Until 10 April it’s still possible, but cutting it close.
  • Singapore EXPO only accepts goods during move-in, and someone from your team has to be there to sign for them.
  • FHA visitors are food and drink buyers, distributors, chefs and hotel and restaurant teams, so give them things they’ll use at work or on the go.

What swag works at FHA

FHA visitors spend four days tasting, talking and collecting catalogues across ten halls. The swag that gets kept is useful on the show floor or back in the kitchen, bar or office:

  • Tote bags, SGD 4 to 27. Buyers leave with armfuls of samples and brochures, so a sturdy tote becomes their bag for the day, with your logo on it.
  • Water bottles, SGD 9 to 19, and tumblers, SGD 11 to 20. Ten halls is a lot of walking, and a good bottle keeps getting used long after the show.
  • Cutlery sets and lunch boxes, SGD 6 to 21. Reusable cutlery and lunch boxes suit a food crowd and get used every day.
  • Metal straws and coasters, from SGD 5. Small enough to hand out widely, and right on theme for drinks and coffee brands.
  • Notebooks, SGD 6 to 17, with a pen. Buyers take notes on every supplier they meet, and a quarter of people rate notebooks and planners the most valuable event swag.

For quantities, order a little above your expected booth traffic for volume items, and base premium items on the number of serious buyers you expect to meet. Our guide to trade show gifts and conference giveaways has more on budgets. If you’re handing out food or drink samples, your exhibitor manual covers the rules for those.

Getting swag to your booth at Singapore EXPO

Singapore EXPO is built for freight. Every hall is at ground level with large freight doors, so lorries can pull right up. FHA uses all ten halls, though, so move-in day is busy. A few rules catch exhibitors out:

  • Move-in only. The venue accepts goods only during your show’s move-in period, so don’t courier boxes there the week before.
  • Be there to sign. Nobody signs for deliveries on your behalf, so someone from your team or your forwarder has to be at the booth.
  • Check for an official forwarder. FHA’s exhibitor manual is only available to exhibitors through the organiser’s portal. It names the official forwarder, any rules on who can deliver on site, the move-in times and the label format.
  • Label every carton with FHA 2027, your company name, your hall and booth number, and box X of Y.
  • Plan for leftovers. There’s no storage on your stand, and anything left behind after the show is thrown away.

If we’re making your swag, we deliver it to your booth during move-in, or to your forwarder if the show requires one, so all you need is someone there to sign. And with our On-Time Guarantee, your order is free if we’re late.

Shipping swag in from overseas?

Allow 5 to 10 business days in transit, plus customs clearance. Singapore charges 9% GST on the goods plus shipping and insurance, business shipments over SGD 400 need a customs permit, and free giveaways aren’t exempt.
