Singapore FinTech Festival 2026 runs from 18 to 20 November at Singapore EXPO. The festival lists more than 70,000 participants from 142 countries and regions, and over 600 sponsors and exhibitors, so your booth is one of hundreds. Here’s how to get your swag ordered, delivered and handed out without the stress.
Last checked: 23 October 2026.
- SFF 2026 is on 18 to 20 November at Singapore EXPO. The wider festival week starts on 16 November.
- Brief your swag by Wednesday 28 October for standard items. Until 8 November it’s still possible, but cutting it close.
- Singapore EXPO won’t accept deliveries before move-in, and nobody will sign for them on your behalf.
- Pick practical things people carry around a big venue: tote bags, power banks, notebooks and good tumblers.

What swag works at SFF
SFF draws bankers, regulators, founders and investors who cover a lot of floor in three days and collect more brochures than they can carry. The items that get kept are the ones that solve a problem on the show floor:
- Tote bags, SGD 4 to 27. Singapore EXPO’s halls are huge and people need something to carry everything in. A good tote becomes their bag for the day, with your logo on it.
- Power banks, SGD 16 to 37. Phones die by mid-afternoon at a three-day show. Keep these for real conversations, not everyone who walks past.
- Notebooks, SGD 6 to 17, with a pen. A quarter of people rate notebooks and planners the most valuable event swag, ahead of tech items.
- Tumblers, SGD 11 to 20. Useful long after the show, and they sit on desks where your brand gets seen.
For quantities, order a little above your expected booth traffic for volume items, and base premium items on the number of qualified leads you expect. Our guide to trade show gifts and conference giveaways has more on budgets.
Getting swag to your booth at Singapore EXPO
Singapore EXPO is the easiest big venue in Singapore for deliveries. Every hall is at ground level with large freight doors, so lorries pull right up. A few rules still catch exhibitors out:
- No early deliveries. The venue only accepts goods during your show’s move-in period, so don’t courier boxes there the week before.
- Nobody signs for you. Someone from your team, or your forwarder, has to be at the booth to receive and sign.
- Check the official forwarder. Big shows at Singapore EXPO appoint one, and some make it the only option for on-site handling. Your SFF exhibitor manual says which, along with move-in times and the label format.
- Label every carton with the show name, your company, your hall and booth number, and box X of Y.
If we’re making your swag, we deliver it to the venue during move-in, or to your forwarder if your show requires one, so all you need is someone there to sign. And with our On-Time Guarantee, your order is free if we’re late.
Shipping swag in from overseas?
Allow 5 to 10 business days in transit, plus customs clearance. Singapore charges 9% GST on the goods plus shipping and insurance, business shipments over SGD 400 need a customs permit, and free giveaways aren’t exempt. Our guide to Singapore customs rules and how to get event swag to Singapore from overseas cover the details.
