Draftable’s marketing team is based in Australia. They had a booth at a 2,000-person conference in Singapore, no supplier there they trusted, and about two weeks to get giveaways sorted.
| Client | Draftable, marketing team in Australia |
|---|---|
| Event | A 2,000-person conference in Singapore |
| What we made | 500 black tins with Draftable’s artwork on the lid, filled with mints |
| Timeline | 8 days from order to delivery |
| Delivered to | The team’s hotel, on their ideal date |
The brief
The first idea was jellybeans in small tins with Draftable’s artwork on the lid. That meant finding 20kg of jellybeans at short notice.
What we did
- Flagged the jellybeans early. We couldn’t guarantee that much stock in time, so we said so up front rather than recommend something we might not be able to deliver.
- Switched to mint tins overnight. Once Draftable settled on mints, we confirmed the tins by the next morning, with their artwork on the lid, and sent a photo of a sample print before production.
- Handled the venue’s food paperwork. To hand out mints from the booth, Draftable needed the food licence details and the tin’s size and weight for the conference’s authorisation form. We sent everything the same day they asked.
How it went
We delivered the tins to the team’s hotel on Friday 4 September, their ideal date and three days before their deadline. They’ve said they’ll be in touch for their upcoming events.
