In November 2025, the marketing team at Axon by AppLovin wanted to thank their clients with a logo-branded holiday gift. The clients were spread across Singapore, the UAE, Australia, India and Qatar. Rather than collect everyone’s address themselves, the team wanted each client to enter their own and have the gift shipped straight to them.

The brief
Axon wanted something premium but practical, with their logo on it, delivered to each client’s door. They also needed an easy way for clients to send in their own delivery details.
What we did
- Built a redemption page. We set up a page on our site in Axon’s branding where each client entered their own delivery details. As they came in, we packed and shipped the boxes from our Singapore warehouse, and the Axon team could follow progress on a tracking link. We build redemption pages like this for other teams too.
- Chased the missing phone numbers. Couriers need a phone number for every delivery, and some clients left it off the form. Rather than leave that to the Axon team, we got in touch with those recipients ourselves.
How it went
The first gifts went out on 10 December, more followed as clients claimed them, and every one arrived safely. AppLovin has come back since: in June 2026 their Seoul office ordered handheld fans for an event with 60 to 100 guests.
