CUBE AI’s team in the US needed 30 branded flasks in Singapore for an event in October, about two weeks out.

The brief
The team had picked a flask from our site, but it couldn’t be made in time for their date. They also asked for white, and the flask that could make the date only came in blue or black. On top of that, they were 12 hours behind Singapore.
What we did
In our first reply, we flagged that their pick wouldn’t make it and suggested two flasks that would. They chose the Gyro double wall vacuum flask. We mocked it up in black so the logo would stand out, sent the mock-up and quote the next day, and screen printed 30 once they’d confirmed.
The delivery address then changed twice, the last time after payment, ending at their hotel. We deliver in Singapore ourselves rather than through a courier, so we took both changes.
How it went
The flasks were delivered to the team’s hotel. Before they had even arrived, the team asked us to quote for their next event, in Bangkok.
